Oil Company
Offshore Installation Manager
Our client has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced OIM working in the UK sector of the North Sea.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be an experienced UK OIM who is looking for a senior entry level position into one of the leading Oil Companies.
• A prerequisite for successful candidates will be a fundamental knowledge and understanding of oil production and hydrocarbon processing systems.
• Responsible for the implementation of the Environmental Health and Safety system and for onboard emergency response organisation, the OIM will lead by example with constructive working relationships involving all personnel and encouraging open communication both vertically and horizontally.
• To ensure that the personnel onboard meet the numbers, skills and competency that is sufficient to meet installation legislative requirements and operating ability you will be an effective agent for change, with a natural ability for overcoming resistance and conflict resolution.
Required Background
• The OIM will be an effective leader, influencer and team manager.
• Good business acumen with a caring and involved attitude is essential.
• We require forward thinkers, who can plan and execute; proactive individuals who strive for higher levels and who are informed and innovative will fit into a culture focused on constant care.
• A combination of operational skills and experience, people skills, technical ability, commercial acumen, a strong drive, ambition and aspiration to make the company different, stronger and more profitable in the future will be key.
• Up-to-date UKCS legislation knowledge is a pre-requisite. FPSO’s/FPU’s experience will be helpful.
• A prerequisite for successful candidates will be a fundamental knowledge and understanding of risk management, a sound technical skill set, and most importantly, the right attitude and soft skills. Candidates must hold an up to date UK OIM Assessment

Maintenance Manager
Our client is part of a large multi national company
based in the Hants/Dorset area
Responsibilities
Reponsible for managing the maintenance function of this top tier COMAH production plant
Ensuring both planned and unplanned maintenance is undertaken to maximise production capability
Managing, motivating and developing staff.

Position No. 421
International Oil Company
Chief Geophysicist
Our client is an international oil company with offices in London. As a result of their international exploration and development programme we are looking for a senior candidate for the role of Chief Geophysicist
Responsibilities
• Assist the Project Team by providing technical expertise, technical oversight and peer review of:
o The acquisition and processing of a 3D survey Interpretation of the 3D seismic leading to the generation of in-house static reservoir models Exploration and Appraisal drilling programmes based on in-house reservoir models
o Optimised well plans and identified hazards such as shallow gas
• Assist in generation of new venture and new business ideas, providing expert technical guidance particularly as to where new technology may give new insights
• Help recruit, train and develop national staff • Lead the in-house 3D seismic interpretation on other asset
Required Background
• A minimum of 15 years relevant all round geophysical experience, primarily with operators
• West African and Central Asian oil & gas exploration experience would be considered a strong asset
• Experienced in seismic acquisition and data processing
• Proficient in Kingdom Suite and Petrel
• Experienced in basin evaluation, prospect analysis and ranking
• Proficient understanding of deterministic and probabilistic project risk assessment methodology
• AVO and multi-attributes background would be a strong asset
• Must have international experience and the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
• Investor relations experience would be advantageous
Compensation
Excellent base salary
Annual bonus up to 70% of base salary
Annualy shares up to 70% of base salary
